Let me share with you what my former students have accomplished when working with me. Their names have been erased for privacy reasons.
In the year shown, the Alief ISD growth goal was 11 points in iStation (a reading assessment program). 12 out of 17 students exceeded that goal. 4 of the 5 remaining students came within 3 points.
